Hi There, I didn´t pay any import fees but I´m based in Australia so the rules may be different to where you are.

Top quality backpack, my daughter loved it. I paid a tax of 60% of the reported value in dollars, but also compensated, said for about 480 reais and in Brazil it costs almost 1000 reais.
