The ordered product are from Timberland, so there is no surprise about the quality of the product, we know what we are buying. For the site, I have made several purchases over the past few months and have never had the slightest problem. Even when I made feedback because I was wrong in size. Delivery times are a little longer than on some sites which rely on speed of delivery. It is a serious house and we can order without apprehension.

I have the same shape foot wide with a high instep so I would recommend these boots if your foot is the same But like all timberland boots, You have to break them in
