These shoes are of an excellent quality, fit comfortable, size 46. I have running shoes from Brooks and the comparison table where you choose your size is dead spot on. I have medium to wide foot, but these shoes are just right and in length. If you measure your foot length on paper make sure you pick the shoe size one number up (for example my foot length is 29.2 cm which would be size EU 45). The reason for one size up it is how the shoes are build and how the foot is changing in size if you walk a lot. The size 46 for me is 0.7-1 cm more than the measured foot which is perfect for long hours walking.
