great but sleeves too long

the jacket is cozy and warm and it fits perfectly, shoulders, waist, length ... all except sleeves' length which are far too long. i will have to have it altered with means extra cost to the already expensive jacket. there are very few customers who are ultra think and ultra tall models so please ROXY take that into a consideration.
