Nike no longer offers Wear All Day shoes in adult sizes in the U.S., which happens to be my favorite Nike shoe! The price is reasonable. Shipment from Western Europe takes longer, but is reasonable considering that U.S. Customs is involved.

Hello, I wear a 45.5 and in sneakers a 46.5. However, Brazilian sizes are different, you need to add about 2 sizes, so yours would be an EU 42.5.
