We took the rugged commando tread and military style of the jungle boot, and put our spin on it. The result? The Sinclair, an 8-eye women´s boot with tons of tough Doc´s attitude, including two ways to fasten — laces and a zipper — plus puritan stitching on the toe-cap and a chunky, empowering platform sole. Made with Aunt Sally, a naturally tumbled leather with a soft feel. Built on the rebelliously comfortable Dr. Martens Airwair™ air-cushioned sole. The sole is secured using one of the finest construction methods available: the Goodyear welt. Sole is slip-resistant with superior abrasion, and is oil and fat resistant. Classic Doc´s DNA is in full effect, with visible stitching, grooved sides and a scripted heel-loop. Platform height is 1.5´, and heel height is 2´

The shipping was super fast, at the best price and the truth is that the boots are beautiful, they weigh a little but what was expected as they are Martens with a platform. Also, what I love about this model is that you can remove the zipper appliqué and put them on in the conventional military style.

I recommend taking a size larger. I'm a 36 and I took a 37 on the advice of a saleswoman at Dr Martens. No regrets because the 36 would have been a little tight. The delivery was quite long. I ordered on 09/23 and received on 10/03. We forget it quite quickly because the Sinclairs are really beautiful.

Dr Martens run a full size larger. I have a 38-38 1/2 and a Dr Martens 37 fits me. Also note that the sole is quite chunky, large and heavy. I would recommend the 36 unless your feet are very wide or you generally prefer your shoes with a lot of room and room inside. Best regards.
