This is our classic 3 eye shoe. The second style that Dr. Martens made, the unisex shoe was crafted for industry and made rebellious by generations of non-conformists.
The 1461 is crafted with the same Docs DNA as its 8-eye counterpart, like grooved edges and yellow stitching. Its built on our iconic, comfortable air-cushioned sole, thats oil and fat resistant, with good abrasion and slip resistance. Best of all, the sole is secured using one of the finest construction methods available: the Goodyear Welt. The only difference here? It comes in a silvery-soft metallic leather called Santos.
Features:
- This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions.

They are beautiful and comfortable, the skin is quite soft and they have not made me chafing, I have only put them once but a whole day and standing and great! The silver finish seems pretty delicate, we'll see how they get older, but for now I'm delighted. The size, as in all Dr. Martens is quite complete so I recommend the number always or one size less. They sent me some that arrived defective from the factory and I had to return them, but the girl who took care of my customer was very decisive and pleasant and she solved the problem by sending me new ones the following week. I have nothing negative to say. Thank you!
