Best thing is to measure your foot. I have a 26,8 cm foot. I choose EU size 44 (27,3 cm) and it fits perfectly. I quickly looke dup a conversion chart. Size 24 shoul dbe a 24,8 cm foot. So I think you need size 39 (foot 25 cm) or 40 (foot 25,5 cm).
