Hello Please how many milliliters of water should the bottle hold if you don't sell it with the belt! And what are the measurements of this belt? Thanking you in advance for your response

Well, bottles of up to 1L fit perfectly and the size is completely adjustable, so it works very well.

I think the perfect size is 500ML bottle (500ML adidas bottle that´s what I use) but I guess you can also use a 750ML bottle! 17 inch length (measure for the wider part/usable part not the strap!) 4 inch width (measure for the wider part/usable part not the strap!) Strap left 22inch length! Strap right 22inch length! Total length 61 inch
